1. Know Your Market. Be the Expert, Not the Generalist
2. Use a business specific email URL…not gmail or yahoo etc.

An image issue. You want people to know you are serious in your business, don’t you?
3. Keep Your Circle Tight.
In other words, things will go wrong for sure, and you will hit resistance a lot. So when those things happen, you need a positive circle of friends and family around you to give you the support you need to continue. Its a simple piece of advice, but in my opinion, its the most important thing.

4. Keep Asking Open and Good Questions
Keep asking questions, preferably open and good question. Those kind of questions gives you the best and most answers, so you can really help any customer.
